    You can add that file extensions so that your file upload field would accept it. To add file extensions on your form, simply click on your file upload field and then click Extensions on the tool bar.



    I just checked your form and it now perfectly accepts pdf, doc, docx, xls, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, 7z, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, step, stp, stl, amf, SLDPRT, SLDASM extensions.
