split data on google spreadsheet to separate columns

    Im testing your service for our company and I have two comments/problems:


    1) I want to use Google spreadsheet integration, but I have a problem with broken "submission date", there is a random number (attach pictures).

    2)Additionally, browser information is displayed in one big cell and occupy much space, it is possible that each data displayed in its own cell (shown in the attached pic) can be set/customize this somehow?

    Or if there is any possibility to sent every single submission immediately and automatically to an excel file, perhaps via Dropbox, so it would be best!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to split the browser data into separate columns. However, we have a workaround that might work for you which needs to add some functions to the downloaded spreadsheet with submission data. Please refer to the following thread with the workaround provided by our colleague. 


    You can also see a video here how it is done. If you want this to be done on Google Spreadsheet itself, you'll need to use a separate sheet to copy the submission data since any changes to the submissions received sheet will break the Spreadsheet integration and results in not receiving data to spreadsheets.

    The data can only be exported to Excel sheet from the submissions view or by generating an Excel report
