Why did my form suddenly stop sending emails

    - 5 messages have been sent today but have not been received by any of the email addresses listed on the form. All previously worked ...Wed 1:15am is the last message received by our client and our CC.   I just did a test message, that was also not received. When i do a test from the email setup page, THAT i did get. I am just not getting the ones from the submission form.

    The problem I see with that form is that you have setup custom sender email address via SMTP, so my recommendation would be for you to use this workaround if you still want to use your custom sender email.

    Otherwise, changing the sender email address to any of our default ones (noreply@jotform or noreply@formresponses.com ) can be another solution.

    I have checked the mail logs for the following recipient emails.

    ggreen@telnetww.com
    support@superiorcontact.net
    pfn@superiorcontact.net
    support@pfnllc.net

    All the emails are being successfully delivered,there are no failure messages, kindly try the approach suggested in the above thread and let us know of the outcome.
