Hi! I have set up a form, but I am not getting submissions forwarded to my e-mail when they come in? I have read through the forums and tried to fix? Not sure how to get them forwarded. Thanks for any help.

I took a look at your form and I see two issues with the email notifications.

    1. The first email notifier: "Notification" is set to send the emails to the email address from the same email address - this is often used by spammers so many servers will reject it. What I suggest is to change the email address which sends the email to noreply@jotform.com

    2. The second email notifier: "ORDER" has the sender email set correctly, but no email under the send to address.

Based on our logs, I see that the first notifier is sent, but as mentioned, I believe that it ends up in your spam folders, while the second email notifier can not be sent as there are no email addresses to have it sent to.

My suggestion is to change these settings and once you do your email notifications should be sent to you right away.

Do take a look at the following guides:

Of course, we are also here to assist with your questions and issues, so just let us know if you have any and we would be happy to jump on them and help you resolve them :)
