I did the form,. then i tested but i dont receive in my email? how do i proceed?

I've cloned your JotForm to my account and notice that you have setup two notifications on your JotForm. As I tried submitting your JotForm and see that the email was sent successfully from our end.
I'm unable to check the form on your website since the website is password protected.
I see that you are using a guest account. Please be noted that guest accounts are limited to receive only 20 submissions in a month. Please register for a Free account using the same email address so that you can manage all your JotForms at a place and you'll be able to receive 100 submissions in a month.
