My dad received the following message on Match.com from a user called "Zorry4Ever" (who's since changed the name to "Ziggyhonest4ever":
Happy New Year,
I will like you to take a look at my recent pictures and also my family picture i took on new year eve...
I hooked up the picture on my private match profile, you can view it by clicking this link
Then it will take you to match signing page, all you have to do is just to signing.
then the pictures will automatically come out.
Obviously this is some sort of phishing scam. I think you guys should have an official "report abuse" form on jotform.com; I know from Googling that you make a point of not including such a link in the forms, but there's no such harm in including it on the main site.Page URL:

I have disabled that form. Thanks for taking the time report it.
I will forward the suggestion of people being able to quickly report suspicious forms via a 'report abuse' button on our main website to our developers. Thanks for that also, sounds like a good idea to me.
