There is a large space (probably about the same height as the entire form) between the Submit button and the bottom of the page.
I had this problem when I first embedded the form, but I don't remember how I corrected it.
See image below. The text at the bottom is the bottom of the page...
I should also mention that I have many conditions in this form. If I answer questions in a manner that causes all additional questions to be shown, then the Submit button reaches the bottom of the page. However, as previously stated, this was an issue when I first started working on this form, but I believe I did something to fix it...

What you can do is to use the iframe version of the code. Then you can change the height of the form as you wish.
To get IFrame code, open your form on the Form Builder:
1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Share Form",
3. Click on "Advanced Options",
4. Click on "IFrame Code".

Thanks for the reply.
I tried this, but when the form lengthens, due to conditional questions, the bottom is cut off. I tried turning on scrolling, and this takes care of the problem, but I'm not too fond of the extra scroll bar.
Any other suggestions? Is there a value for the length of the form to make it adjustable as needed?

Increase the height manually on the IFrame code.

I did increase the height manually. However, I have several conditions setup, so if certain questions are answered certain ways, then the length of the form changes.
If I have scrolling set to "no", then the form is just cut off at the bottom of the page. If I have scrolling set to "yes", then it doesn't get cut off, but a scroll bar is added.
For whatever reason, the solution to the problem seems to be to use the full source code. I have changed to this and the problem is solved.

I'm glad you found a solution. This is exactly why we provide all those options and not restrict to a specific code option.
