Account suspended for Phishing

    I tried to use my JotForm account on the weekend and was suspended due to phishing. I have never been involved, nor intend to, be involved in any phishing scams.


    I have payment details which I am organising to set up for a business idea I am starting, but have not sent my JotForm link to anyone yet.


    Could you please tell me why I have been suspended?

    One of your forms has an input, text box, asking users to enter a password. Our phishing filter have caught your form and suspend your account automatically for this reason. My colleagues have already whitelisted your form, and re-activated your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
