Account Downgraded

    Hello,

    I just received an email that my account had been downgraded. Unfortunately my credit cards were stolen last week, just before my renewal came due. As a result I have been unable to to update my account, but should be able to do so next week when my replacement card arrives. I've been trying to contact you about this issue, but could only find this public forum.

    Is there any way that you could restore my account status until I have the new credit card?

    Hello Doris,

    Sorry to hear of your troubles.

    I have temporarily reupgraded your account 'corcorance' to Premium. 

    Is 7 days from this point enough time to get your replacement cards through?

    Thanks. I think 14 days would be more realistic. Our Finance department has requested a new card, so I don't know how long it will take -- but my personal credit card company said 10-15 days.

    OK, I will make a note and check back on your account on the 18 Jan. 

    Please let us know if you run into any problems updating your card details on Plimus.
