I currently use jot form on my website. Under free consultations, there is a place to enter wedding dates;however, it no longer provides an option to go beyond the year 2015. What do I need to do to update this?

Hi,
While editing your form, click on the date field, then click on the little gear in the top right corner of the field:
From there, you can set the range of years that are available.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

I edited the form as you described and when I go to my site it hasn't
changed. When I go to my jot form account it shows it has changed. What
else do I need to do?
Thank You,

You may have updated the wrong form. I see the new date set in this form:
http://www.jotform.us/form/23167729552157
However, this is the one embedded to your page:
http://www.jotform.us/form/23156687245157
The form that needs to be updated is your form labeled "Online Form".
If updating that form still does not work for you, let us know and we will be happy to take another look.
