How do I have the question title above and the response area below? One of my forms has the response area to the left.

    Hello csmeader,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display your question label on top and the field below the labels?

    You can set the "Label Alignment" of your form to top and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
