I was wondering if it is possible to use the appointment widget from one form on another form.

For example, I own an appliance repair company and utilize Jot Form to create two service appointment forms.

The first is the primary used by my call center and myself to schedule, complete and adjudicate a service repair.

The second is a form used by customers who click on a button on my website and choose to book their appointment online without calling into the call center.

It is a simplified version of the primary form

I would like the appointment selection widget from the first form to be available and accurate on the second form.

The primary form used by myself and the reservation call center is http://form.jotform.us/form/52093559032151?

The self reservation form that customers use is here : http://www.qualityappliancerepair.info/schedule-appointment--.html

I currently am not employing the appointment widget on the secondary form but am on the primary.

Is it possible to have the appointment widget from one form be active and displayed on another form?

    Thanks

    Jason

    Hello Jason,

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to read submission data of one form and pass it on to another form.

One possible solution I can think of is to have only one form for customer's and reservation call center usages. You can add conditions in your form to hide all the other form fields if the form is accessed from the webpage where you embed your form. When the form is accessed from another page or direct URL, it will display all the form fields.

To hide the form fields only in embedded form, you can add a hidden form field and set the value with URL parameters. The value of the hidden form field can be used to trigger conditions.

I would suggest you to let us know which all form fields you want to display in your embedded form and we will try to create a demo form for you. You should ideally have all the form fields together in one page/form collapse. Displaying fields form multiple page/tabs will be little complicated.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
