How can I downgrade my form? e.g from Bronze to starter

If you want to downgrade your account to starter, you can do it easily with JotForm.

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

1) Sign in to your JotForm account.

2) Click on the person looking icon on the top right corner of your screen.

3) Click on Account.

4) Click on the Billing.

5) Click on the Starter plan.

6) It will open a new window on which you need to click Cancel Subscription button.
