We are still not receiving email notifications to a number of our domain emails.
Please unblock all email notifications to csa-afsl.com.au.
The only notification email address that is now working is email@example.com.
We can confirm that our ISP is not spam blocking any Jotform emails.
Your urgent assistance would be most appreciated.
FYI we have not received any emails to firstname.lastname@example.org from Jotform.
You may have to send to oprations etc
First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked our mail logs and found that your e-mail address email@example.com was in bounce list.
I have took it out from bounce list and the issue should be fixed by now. In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly check also this guide below:
Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
