If I understand you correctly, you wish to add a link onto your form from which your users will be able to download additional files. Yes, you can add any links to your forms in the Text field, that you can find under Form Tools on the left.

Then, you only need to edit this field by either double-clicking on it, or clicking on the Edit HTML button of that field.

When the field is opened for editing, you can paste any text you want, including links. You can add a link by clicking on the chain-shaped icon, and filling out the fields in the popup that opens:

After saving this field by clicking Complete button, your form will have a nice link there:

Only form that I found there you added a link is this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51567356823967

Inside of that form is link of website. When I clicked on that link I got redirected to website. If you want that your website is opened in new window, then when adding link inside of your form select New window option.

If that is not the form you are working on, please provide us ID of the form you are working on.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

If I understood you correctly you want to attached some file that can be downloaded form your from.

First your file would need to be hosted somewhere online. Then you need place link of that file inside of your form, like my colleague Boris explained. Then your users will be able to download that file by clicking on it.

Here is my demo form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52584816182966?
