Can I combine several forms into one multipage form?

Unfortunately, there is no direct method to merge different forms in a single form. However, you may copy the fields from the other form by using the Field Manager App. However, please be noted that only field shall be copied and you'll need to setup the conditions, etc manually related to these fields on the new form.
