Form freezing on "Please Wait" when submitting

My form freezes on "Please Wait" after activating the "Submit" button. Waiting does nothing but kill the battery of my Surface. I have read other strings that refer to a photo issue if the photo is made as a mandatory submission. I do not find on my photo widget. I do not believe this is the issue with my form.

I checked your form and it looks like the Dynamic Dropdowns widget was out of date.  I refreshed the widget and the form should now submit properly once again.
