    I am not receiving email submissions.

    I have checked the bounce list and everything seems to be ok. The submission appears on the excel list.

    I also tried to different email adresses, so the problem is not on the recipient.

    I just checked your form and in fact, the Notification 2 is using a custom sender email address, which can be the problem. I would suggest you to change the sender email to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com

    Otherwise, you might need to apply this workaround:
