I have emails set up, and have tested the form and even submitted a few test submissions, but no email is going through. Is there some issues with the servers?

We are truly sorry about this. The problem is fixed now.
The emails that were missing should arrive later on.
If for some reason the emails still do not come, I would recommend to double check that no fields are missing or set to "Please select" in the email notification settings.
And check if the email address is not in our bounce list:

Why have there been so many issues lately? E-mails have suddenly stopping working multiple times in the past couple of weeks. My users & I are losing faith in the stability of the system. What assurance do we have this will not keep happening?

Our developers are making some updates to the system as you have most likely seen so far, and as such there are some bugs that do happen to pop out.
However as you have seen so far we have added a lot of new features and fixed any such bugs right away, this being one of them - a bug, not caused by a change on our system, but still a bug that started affecting some of our users.
We do apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused, but as always, we will do our best to make sure that the system gets upgraded and gives you many features, while in the same time, if any bugs do happen to show up uninvited, we will deal with them as so far, in a swift manner :)
