email notofication

    I am no longer receiving an email when a new submission is entered.  I created 2 notification emails and one email is receiving them but not the original email that I enteredis not.

    Can you offer any ideas as to how AI can start receivivng email notifications again?

    It appears that your email address is in our bounced list which is why you are not receiving the email notifications. I already requested from our L2 to have your email removed from the list. We will let you know once this is done by posting the update on this thread.

    We are glad to inform you that the email address has been removed from the list you should now be able to receive the notification emails.
