I am not receiving my JotForm order form at my email address... how can I rectify this?

I checked the email that is under the account that you are contacting us from and I do not see any forms in this account, but I do see that there were successful email notifications sent from 2 forms within TenaciousToad account.
There were some issues at one point today so I presume that there might have been an issue with the email at that time, but if so, it has been already resolved, so I would like to ask you to please try to make new submissions and see if you are receiving the email notifications or not.

I just sent another test entitled 'Test2' and have not received a notifier.
Could I impose on you to into our TenaciousToad account and add this
email address to the list for those to receive a notifier of submissions?
Please advise if this request can be honoured.

I checked the form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50477490775971 - Notification email setup and I noticed that the Email is conditionally being sent. However, the conditions are now deprecated or the fields used for the conditions is no longer available.
You will need to fix the condition setup to the form for the Notification Email to work or you can remove the deprecated conditions.
