Sending completed form through email

Can I have the completed form sent to an email, not just that a submission has been sent?

    If so how?

If I understand you correctly, you would like to have the form, with all of its fields to be sent to your email address, with the details that were given by your users on your form?

If this is true, this would not be possible.

The most important reason why this would not be possible is that your email service will see such emails as spam as forms, javascript and everything that is needed to show the form, is not allowed in the emails.

If you have meant something else, do let us know.

I guess what I am asking is can the data from the form be sent via email or does my client have to log on to your site
to retrieve the data. When I sent a test to myself this is what I received.

OK, to do that, you can set up the email notification to be sent to the email address of your client.

You can see this by going here: Setting Up Email Notifications

Please do note that it is when you submit the form as a user would that you will see the actual data, while if you use the test email button, you will see just the sample text.

What info you include in the email is up to you - so they might need to log into JotForm account, or not, depending on how you set the email. By default all of the fields are included into the email notification.
