I'm sorry, but I cannot test this out with Office 365. They're asking for payment.
Would you mind checking if somehow the email is blocked or being filtered as spam? How about adding email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to the contact list settings of the group email? If adding a contact is possible in the group email, please do and test the form again.
We're sending out the tests to the email in your last form ID so the problem might be related to the group email settings.
You can check the email logs in your account by following the steps from this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
I added email@example.com to the group but that did not help. Email logs show status as sent.
I have forwarded this thread to our developers to see if they can check this to our backend. If there are updates, you should know it in this thread.
For now, please try using the individual email address in the settings. You can add multiple emails, up to 10 per settings in the form.
