    updates to email notifications not showing in emails

    hello, I made some changes in a form but when I update the site continues the old form, why happend this and what should I do?

    Could you please indicate the URL of your page. This will help us better analyze the problem.

    I would recommend you verify that the form was properly saved. Also could you please try clearing your browser cache. IT might be that it is holding previous data.

    in the web site you can see the all form, but, when I receive the information by email, I receive the old form

    Than your your information. I have just reviewed the form. It seems that you only updated the form fields. You require to modify the email notification and update the email body as well.

    Please click the CORREO button and click on SOLICITUD DE REPARTO

    In the email body please update with the correct information.

    Once you have finish please do not forget to click FINISH to save all the changes.

    I am having this same issue. I edit my Table and press FINISH and it does not change the email notification, however when I press Test Email I get the correct table. Any clue?

    I have just modified one on my notification and was able to receive the updated version in my email.

    Could you try clearing your cache and try again.

    If you are still having issues, please let us know. Can you also please give us the URL of the form that is having this issue.

    Hello There Victor,

    I cleared my cache and also tried it in an incognito window, no luck.


    This is my form. It uses SSL and Encryption.

    All I changed on the notification HTML table output was the word Question to the word Question(s)

    (added an (s) as a test)

    When I fill out the form on my website and submit it, the email displays the table with Question which is the old one! Never updated

    The notification test will always be sent with the default data and to the default address associated with your account.

    To test anything other than the default, you would need to send a submission through the form.

    I cloned your form to test it and it does come through as Question(s):
