Getting double registry submissions when free product is selected

    I have been using Jotform for several years. I noticed all of the sudden when someone fills our form out that assigns them a registration number, I am getting 2 registrations. Example; I will get 2 emails from the same person one with #6001 and the other with #6002. I did a test thinking maybe they were hitting the submit button twice but I also got 2 emails with 2 numbers.

    Please help! I have not changed anything on our site or jotform.

    Alright I think it may be an issue with the jotform plugin for wordpress. I embedded code and it seems to be working now. 

    Anyone else experience similar issues?

    Our apologies. The problem is related to the free product. When it's selected, you'll get a duplicate submission.

    I have now forwarded this thread to our developers. If there are updates, you should know it in this thread.

    We are happy to inform you that this issue has been resolved. Your PayPal-integrated forms should no longer generate duplicate submissions when the item total is zero.
