Dynamic dropdown values based on selection of the checkbox

I would like to insert values in Represent class base don checkbox  ticked.

If its reception checked then Reception 1 and Reception 2

If its Year 1 then Year 1A And Year 1B and Year 1C

For more then one ticked it should diaplay all relevant option

Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert items to a dropdown box on the forms. However, as a workaround you may have separate dropdowns for each selection and show/hide them based on the selection made on Checkboxes.

Alternatively, you may also consider using Dynamic Dropdown widget that might help you with this scenario. However, you'll need to replace the checkbox options to the parent options in the widget.
