How can I get the upload tool to work for my needs?

I have tried to add the upload file option to my forms and whether it's music files, or photo files, the upload option just isn't working and rejects the form! Should the settings be looked at when adding this option?

Please verify that the file extension is enabled. You may add or remove all the file extension you require.

I also recommend you verify the file size limit.
