- javonclarkAnswered on September 20, 2015 at 12:47 PMI actually want to place a form onto my jotform. So clients completing the jotform can easily access this form. Does this statement make sense? Kind of hard to explain....

If that's a PDF file, you can use this widget to embed the PDF on your form using its direct URL. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder
