I payed for the upgrade from the free version, but am still getting warning messages about space, and it appears that the last 7 submissions on the form not only got "stuck" but also appeared not to have processed their payments via paypal either. I checked your account and you are subscribed to Bronze Subscription Plan. It seems that your account is fine now. Are you still encountering the warning message regarding free space?
Regarding the last 7 submission on the form getting stuck and not being processed on Paypal, I noticed that you have embedded your form using the script embed method. This issue might be caused by conflicting scripts between your website and the form. Can you try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed method? To get the iFrame code of your form, you can check this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
