We have a group email in our company. And so after changing the email address, we did not receive the submissions any longer. The group email address includes several persons in it.

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotform.me/form/52168231132445? I checked the form and the Notification email is setup correctly and I noticed you have used 2 Notification email to be sent to 2 users. Are you still encountering this issue? If you are referring to a different form, can you provide us the link of the form in question so we can further check the issue?

Yes, tha is the form as mentioned. the group email does not receive any notifications, that is why i made another notification email temporarily in the hopes that the first email problem could be resolved.
Can it be sent to a group email?

You can send the Notification Email to multiple recipients by adding the list of the recipient in comma separated value (i.e firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com). I tried this on my end, setting up one of my form's Notification email to multiple recipient, and it works fine. Can you try to set it up and see if it will work now?
