The email notifications are not being received

    I took a look at the email logs and they seem OK - showing that the emails have been sent to your account.

    Now what I believe to be happening is that the emails are ending in the spam, trash or bulk email folders. Unfortunately, you will need to check both your email clients and the webmail account to be sure that neither of these different systems had moved the email there.

    If you find it, please do set them as not spam, so that they are able to go to inbox and if you have IT department, please do give them the link to this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
