PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM JOTFORM HELP ME!!!?

    Hi there,

    Please can someone look into my account with the email - anna@socialstarters.org.

    I was confused because when I tried to log in a few days ago it said my email address wasn't valid or my password. When I tried to get a new password sent it said email address invalid. Which was very strange as I've used the account for a while now. So what I did was then sign up again without realising, with this email address..

    Now when I log in with my mail address to this other account, obviously none of my forms are there?! Please help me. We use those forms for my work and I now can't access them. I have no idea what happened, but my original account seems to have disappeared. Please help!!!!!

    Hi,

    I was just verifying our records. It seems that you have created 2 account: annamorana10 and annamorana100. The first account (annamorana10) was created with the email: i***o@socialstarters.org. This account contains 6 forms. 

    While the other account (annamorana100) was created with your email and does not contain any forms.

    Please let us know if you require our assistance.
