Pop Up Text

Hello is it possible that when a  user clicks "terms and conditions" in my form a field can pop up with the terms and conditions in side it just plain text?

If I understood you correctly you want to a pop-up window with terms and conditions to show when your users click on "terms and conditions" text inside of your form.
