Impossible to click on "Suivant" ("Next")

Sometimes, when I haven't been on the page for few minutes/hours, it is impossible to pass the first page (the language button doesn't work either and the hint example of "Numéro de téléphone" doesn't show up). I have to refresh the page (and the language button and the hint example work properly).

Is there a way to improve that ?

I checked your form in a few different browsers and was able to use the "Next" and language buttons without issue.  In any case, you may want to try using the iFrame embed method instead:

This may allow for your form to work more consistently across all browsers. 

If that still does not work, let us know which browser you are using to produce the error and we will be happy to have another look.
