When clients fill out form on cell phone ,not working when submit

    I noticed our forms do not get emailed or get submited for payment when they get filled out.

     

    I wanted to make sure things are set up correct im new to this

    I have tested your form on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and when I submitted your form I got redirected to PayPal.

    Also in one of your notification you did not set Recipient email address. Inside of this guide you can find out how to create email Notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
