I was alerted by a few of our customers that they cannot complete one of our forms because the required State field (which is the US State Picker widget) has nothing to choose from in the drop down. It had been working fine until now. I tried it myself and was able to reproduce the problem. And deleting/re-adding the widget produces the same results. Can you help?

I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused. I and reported this to our back end team. They are currently working on it right now and will keep you updated when this has been fixed.
