Customers attempting to make a purchase are getting an error message that reads, "Invalid Configuration"  I have went to my paypal account to retrieve my API User name, password and signature.  Once entered I tested integration and the message reads "Integration Successfully Tested.".

    Please advise.

The Invalid Configuration message is returned by Paypal due to one of the following possible causes (this information was taken from Paypal's List of API error codes):

    10500  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

    10507
    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed. Please contact PayPal Customer Service.
Your PayPal account is restricted. Contact PayPal for more information.

Kindly check your Paypal account for the aforementioned causes for the said error.

    Hope this information helps.

Have you tried getting in touch with Paypal's support?  May we know what was their response?
