    Hi-

      I have a student who is completing an application online however she's saved her work only to come back to find it all erased... please advise

    Hello Nicola,

    The saving forms and continue later functions as outlined below.

    The one using session={email}

    This facilitates the saving of data to jotform servers before submitting the form, once the form is saved the data is erased from the temporary sessions so it is not possible to resume after submitting the form.

     

    If a user wants to edit already submitted data, you will have to add the edit link in the notification or autoresponder email.

    This option allows the user to edit data that has already been submitted
