I recently changed email providers to google apps, after switching one of my emails accounts stopped receiving email forms from jotform submissions. The email address not receiving forms is disposition@conciergecontactcenter.com, other email accounts on the same domain are receiving forms.

Your email had been placed in the bounce list as a result of the SMTP authentication failing.
If you are using it as a sender email kindly ensure SMTP authentication is enabled in your mail server.
I have removed it from the bounce list, kindly test your form to check if the emails are being delivered.
