Form information not being saved or sent to me 50% of time

Asked by claire downes;  on September 22, 2015 at 06:09 AM

Hi, i am at the end of my tether, and quite concerned.  My medical form is being completed, (ive had testers as well) and 50% of the forms are not being saved or sent to my inbox. Could you shed any light on this.  I am possibly loosing a fair amount of business over this so it needs sorting asap.

    Kindest regards

I went to the page you have shared with us Claire and I saw this form: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/52484539230355 which seems to be embedded using the js embed code.

Now usually if there is a problem with submission, this is the first thing that is likely to be causing issues, but based on what you have mentioned, it seems that the issue is not that some fields are skipped, or similar, but that the issue is that entire submissions are missing?

If that is so, can you please tell us the emails that were used while testing which are missing for you?

Also, is the data missing in the emails, or in the Submissions Panel as well?

That will allow us to run a check and see what might have happened and help you resolve it.
