I have one form in my account and have used it for several months. Recently I build another form for my another webpage. I settled it and saw it run well. But two days later both two forms are disabled!
Now I'm trying to login into my account and I'm getting the following message:
I want to know what the matter is and get my account enabled.

Sorry about this. Our anti-phishing scanner thought of your form as phishing so it automatically suspended your account. I have reactivated it just now. You may log back in.
