    Images have disappeared on all my jotforms, and I can't see any of my previously uploaded images.

    The problem exists on all of the forms that I am using and this is what I see when I look for previously uploaded images... I am giving you a url of a sample to look at -- but my images have disappeared from EVERYTHING!

     

    IS ANYONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION? IT'S CAUSING AN ISSUE WITH MY COMPANY.

    Hello vnixon,

    I did check your account and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. All the uploaded images are very much there in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Can you please let us know with which browser you are having this issue with? I would also suggest you to please use some other browser and see if all the previous uploaded images are being displayed. You may also like to press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the webpage as well.

    I am getting the same issue in Firefox, Chrome and Opera. I am not able to even see the image you mailed me in email -- and yes, my Outlook images are set to automatically download.

    I realize the issue must be on my end. I have asked our IT manager to take a look. He can see everything from his computer when using my login. It has be be some sort of setting or block that  has happened. I was hoping you had heard of this and could help.

    Hello vnixon,

    I am glad to know that your IT manager is able to see the images. 

    Are you able to see the images you have added in your form? I am not sure if your firewall policies are causing the images to be blocked.

    He can see them from his computer when he logs on to jotform as me, and he can see them from my computer when he logs on to  his profile and then accesses jotform as me. I can't see them. So we are thinking it is my profile.

    We can log into your account through our system, but when I do this, I can see all of the images, just as my colleague did above.

    Can you please tell us if you see these images:

    Image 1 follows:

    - Image 1 end -

    Image 2 follows:

    -Image 2 end-

    Image 3 (same as image 2, but different link) follows:

    -Image 3 end-

    Can you tell us if you see any one of them or if there is a specific one that you do not see.

    Also while you are checking this, can you please check it out over this thread, but in these two links:

    These are images from your form, so what I am looking for is to see if the images are shown to you over specific links only (there are issues with redirects on your side), or if the images are shown only on specific protocol (issue with policy on your side).

    There is not much that we can do about neither of the two, but your IT people will know a detail more about the issue and should be able to resolve this for you (by setting correct polices in system or firewall and similar).

    Thank you for the update. I do believe that something is blocking them on your side.

    Can you please tell us if you are using any security software on your system? For example firewall, anti-virus, or any other type of anti-malware software?

    If so, do try to open the form only in a browser you are used to, then disable the same software and reload the form - or if you prefer, you can reload this thread.

    If the images are loaded at that point, it would mean that some of the software that you have just turned off is blocking the images for you.

    Now since the images above are on the Amazon servers, it might be good if you can tell us if you can see one of the following images instead:

    Image 1:

    -----------

    Image 2:

    -----------

    I presume that you will be able to see the second image, but would like to check if that is true (it is not on our server).
