I have set up all of my forms to be forwarded to my email, yet two forms were not sent to my email and this caused customer issues. These were two of the submissions in my Fall 2015 Free Trial form that show up in submissions, but I never got the email of their submission. Is this typical to have emails dropped for a form, and if so why did this happen?

Generally, the email delivery issues are occurred when the email address is added in the bounce list due to several reasons. But if the email address is in the bounce list, any of the emails shall be failed that are sent from the server. Last week we have had an issue with emails delivery but it was affected only for the emails using custom sender email addresses. It seems that you are using JotForm's default email address.
You can check the email history log to verify the emails sent from your account by following the guide below :

If you could let us know the submission that is missing from email and on the other form as well, we can take a look for you. Also, please refer to the guide below that can help you in setting up the notifications to avoid any bouncing related issues :

We are still receiving issues with email notifications for our bG Events
form. Out of 29 submissions, we did not receive 8 notifications. Those
highlighted in red weren't sent to us.
We are a dance company that receives a high volume of events requests. We
count on jotform's email notifications to streamline the process. These
unanswered event requests potentially made us lose thousands of dollars to
our company. Please explain how this is happening. Why such a high volume
of missed emails?

Hi,
It seems that you have sent as an attachment regarding the issue. I was not able to see the attachment here in the forum. Can you please provide us a screenshot instead? You can upload a screenshot/image in the forum by following the instructions below.
As per further checking your form "Fall 2015 Free Trial" and "bG Events" form, I noticed that the Sender Name setting is set to blank. This might be the reason why you are encountering this issue. Please try to set a value to the Sender Name setting and see if it will help.
