My forms with Arabic language are disabled

Asked by yourportfolio on September 22, 2015 at 11:46 AM

I created a new form. First, I created the form in English. Then, I wanted to edit form languages, (so I can add Arabic language) they went all fine except in the Form Warnings:

"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form"

Whenever I write its translation and click on "save", it goes empty again.

So, I couldn't translate that warning sentence!

    Also, my form are disabled!

    What should I do?

I see that you have already been replied back by my colleague here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/667448

Since that thread is on the same subject, while in the same time it also holds more details in regards to this.

I will however raise both this and the other thread to one of our developers to inspect and see if there is something off with our filter, but as mentioned, please do update us on the other thread above.
