Not recieving emails from form

    Have not received an emails since 11:24 this morning.

    I do not see any failed emails in your account email history.

    Which email addresses are currently affected?

    Are you having issues with generic email notification or with conditional email notifications?

    Conditional Emails, we had this problem a couple weeks ago and it seems to be happening again, my "Office Copy" email Stopped sending at 11:24 AM and started again 1:41 PM, seems like the emails are starting to take longer to receive and then go down altogether from time to time causing issues for us.

    If you provide us with full message headers of some delayed emails, we will try to investigate this issue further.

    You might also consider using your own sending server for email alerts since we do support an SMTP sending option.
