Please help we are in our biggest event for the year and although we have paid for a suscription it says from is over quota. Please open this up.
We need the form to be reactivated.

I have check you account and it is overlimit because you have exceeded your Upload File Storage limit which is 100 MB for free accounts. Your current file upload size is 164.72 MB and because of that you form are disabled. To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads in the View Submission page of your account.
Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them.
