Making All Forms Mobile Responsive?

Can someone please walk me through making my forms more mobile responsive? I tried to use the mobile responsive widget but it doesn't seem to work or do anything for that matter. I have a lot of forms so I am not sure how to take care of this. Thanks!

Forgot to mention that all my forms are embedded using iframe.

There are a couple places your can set your form to mobile responsive.  Here is our guide on where both can be set:
