How can I create a radio drop down with images and text lined up with the radio button

Asked by Ashley  on September 23, 2015 at 10:34 PM

I would like to create a radio drop down with images and text next to it using html but I can't seem to get it to all line up properly. The closest I have been able to do is input each of the images and then do a separate radio button next to it (http://form.jotform.us/form/52655986425165), but obviously that is not ideal as only one radio button should be selected.

    Hello Ashley,

Please take a look at our "Image Radio Buttons" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

It is possible to inject custom css code in the widget to further customize it.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

If you wouldn't mind letting us know what doesn't look good in the widget, we can help you to customize it as you'd like.
