How can I fix the pricing for an item included in the Payment Wizard of my form?

    Hi Jotform,

I am having issues with the Payment Wizard on our jotform. I am attempting to add a new product and then to also add an option to that product. The option is a custom property and with the other products I was able to include "# of weeks" as the property and then I listed out the options: "0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8". With the other products, the payment wizard calculates the subtotal by multiplying the chosen # of weeks by the cost of the product. That is not working for the new product I am trying to add. I will greatly appreciate your help with this issue.

    Best,

    Britt

    Hi,

Your products are using custom properties, rather than a quantity property:

This are just descriptions that can be added and do not have costs associated with them.

You would need to removed your options, then add then back as quantities, rather than as the current Custom Properties.

This will multiply your total selected by the cost.

I updated the first two options in your payment field to show you it working:

Both of the cheese slice options in my test form should show the cost, multiplied by the number of weeks.
