    [Bounce List] Why am I not receiving confirmation e-mails anymore?

    I have been receiving the confirmation e-mails since we opened the account. 9/17/15 was the last one I got. Since then, we have submitted 5-6 more forms, none of which came through to my e-mail address. I have checked my spam folders and nothing there. I have checked the form settings and it's all the same as it was. While we do have a free account, we are nowhere near our limits for anything, so that shouldn't be causing the issue. The e-mail address noreply@jotform.com is not being blocked by our domain. We use a 3rd party HR company that also have a jotform account, and their form e-mails get delivered to me no problem. 

     

    I do have an IT person looking into things to see if maybe something changed on our side, but so far he has not found any cause for this problem. I was hoping there was something you could check on your side. We do not embed the form onto any of our sites. We just use the jotform URL to access the form.

    Your email address was added to our bounce list due to the following reason:

    smtp; 521 Could not deliver message over TLS for domain balb*****.com (Mode: normal)

    We have now removed it from the bounce list, so that the email delivery should be restored.
